What is ValKred and how is it different from existing LMS or HR tools?

ValKred is built around the individual: you own your permanent encrypted vault for life. When you work for an agency or hospital, you authorize a secure "Handshake" to sync active status with their Master Readiness Grid without relinquishing your data or re-uploading documents.
How does the Handshake Protocol protect practitioner privacy?
When you authorize a Handshake with an employer, only verified active license numbers, expiration dates, CEU completion percentages, and compliance statuses are synced to the employer's readiness grid. Your personal study notes, private goals, and unconfirmed document uploads remain confidential in your private vault.
How does the Positive-Framing Alert System work?
Traditional compliance software relies on stressful red badges and emergency emails days before an expiration. Can employers integrate ValKred with scheduling and HRIS software?
Yes. ValKred provides an authenticated REST API (e.g. GET /api/v1/enterprise/readiness-check) that scheduling and workforce management platforms (such as Kronos, Aladtec, UKG, and Workday) can query before finalizing shift rosters, preventing non-compliant or expired personnel from being scheduled.
